At the end of your trial, you choose a plan and enter payment. If you don't convert, your account is paused — no charges ever happen without your explicit consent. Your data is retained for 30 days if you want to come back.
Yes. Every plan includes migration support. We import your member list, payment history, and class records via CSV. For Growth and Scale plans, we also do a live data validation call before you go live to make sure nothing was missed.
Vega Command is the software layer — it integrates with OpenPath and Avigilon Alta hardware that you purchase separately. OpenPath hardware starts around $200–$400 per door. We can connect you to a hardware vendor with volume pricing. The integration itself is included in your plan.
A location is a physical address where members check in and access is controlled. Multiple rooms within the same building count as one location. A second gym at a different address is a second location.
For most fitness businesses — gyms, studios, CrossFit boxes — HIPAA doesn't apply because they don't handle Protected Health Information (PHI) as a healthcare provider. If you're a licensed physical therapist or chiropractor sending patient data, we can discuss a BAA. Contact us for specifics about your setup.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days but you can cancel renewal at any time. You can export all your data at any point — it's your data, always.
